Refund & Cancellation

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request service cancellation by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.


2. Refund Policy

  • A full refund is available if a refund request is made within 7 days of service purchase, provided the service has not been substantially delivered or completed.
  • No refund will be provided after 7 days from the date of purchase, regardless of service usage or project status.
  • Once work has started or significant resources have been allocated, refunds may be denied even within the 7-day period.


3. Project Delays or Client Inaction

If delays occur due to lack of client communication, content, or approvals, no refunds will be issued.


4. Service Termination by Company

Digital Vayu reserves the right to terminate services due to policy violations, non-payment, or unethical practices. No refunds will be provided in such cases.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.


6. Policy Updates

Digital Vayu may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
